How to Order:
Please note: due to annual holidays coming up shortly, orders for some out of stock items may take longer than the normal 7-14 days.
Due to the bank holiday on Monday 25th May, orders after 2pm on Friday 22nd will be despatched on Tues 26th May.
Once you have selected all the items you want to buy (the basket should appear in the top left corner) simply go to checkout and follow the instructions.
All payments are processed securely by PayPal, you don't need a PayPal account, you can pay by debit/credit card.
We can now also accept card payments (including Visa and Mastercard) by phone, please call on 01482 571120.
Please leave a message if no one answers and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque (made payable to 'Goldleaf Needlework') please e-mail the items you would like to buy and we will reserve them for 7 days. Cheques must clear before goods will be dispatched.
UK P&P is £1 per order, for orders to Europe £3 and Worldwide £5.
Our website is updated daily and the description should say if an item is currently out of stock. However, should an item be out of stock when you order you will be notified by email, so you can decide whether you wish to continue with the order or not, any other items in the order will be despatched as soon as payment has cleared. Where an item can not be replaced you will be issued with a refund as soon as possible.
If you would like an instruction sheet please write 'instruction' in the customer box followed the number you require if more than one or feel free to print the instructions off from the instruction page.
