Here are answers to a few things you might want to know:
Do you charge for post and packaging?
For UK customers P&P is £1, for deliveries within Europe and Worldwide P&P is £3 and £5 respectively.
What’s included in a Goldleaf Kit?
In all standard Goldleaf Needlework kits you get a chart with key, pre-sorted DMC threads, fabric and a needle.
We are happy to add an instruction sheet if needed, but don’t include as standard , please just make a note in the customer comment box when you order if you would like one.
How quickly are items despatched?
Most orders for items in stock will be despatched within 24 hours, out of stock DMC products can take up to 14 days.
Will you change the fabric?
We are happy to change the fabric in any of our own designs to any fabric we have in stock and the delivery time should be the same. Please ask if you would prefer a fabric we don’t appear to have in stock we will try and get it but obviously it may take longer to arrive.
Can we enlarge the chart?
If you would prefer a larger scale chart we are happy to do this for you. All the charts are in black and white symbols, with some lines in colour and don’t have an overlap but if you prefer charts in a different form we’ll do our best to get you the type you want.
Do you stock other manufacturers?
Yes, we are a select partner for DMC kits.
